Nursing Times has collected information on a series of free virtual courses and resources that are relevant to the Covid-19: Are You OK? campaign and being offered by a variety of organisations, unions and charities.

Mental health start-up MYNDUP has launched a free service for NHS staff, offering free, live one-to-one video sessions covering the “entire mental health spectrum”.

The service is designed to provide much-needed additional support for healthcare workers who have been under immense strain in the past year.

Designed to stop the “one-size-fits-all” approach to mental health, MYNDUP x NHS offers live one-to-one video sessions, ranging from therapy and counselling, to life coaching and meditation.

MYNDUP works by assessing the mental health needs of a user, before pairing them with an industry expert drawn from a network of over 250 practitioners, all of whom are vetted by a team of three other professionals in the same field before being approved to appear on the service.
