Nursing Times has collected information on a series of free virtual courses and resources that are relevant to the Covid-19: Are You OK? campaign and being offered by a variety of organisations, unions and charities.

Among them is the RCN Foundation, which has created a mental health and wellbeing repository on its own website that provides information on support available to nursing and midwifery staff.

The repository page contains nearly 30 links to resources on offer from organisations around the country, including some also featured separately in our campaign resource section.

The foundation has drawn together its information on wellbeing and mental health under the following headings:

  • Mental health and wellbeing apps
  • Hubs
  • Support lines
  • Toolkits
  • Training

The charity noted that Covid-19 was having a negative impact on the mental health and wellbeing of many frontline healthcare staff.

“If you need support, we would like to share with you here just some of the help and resources that we are aware of that are available to you right now,” it said.
