Nursing Times has collected information on a series of free virtual courses and resources that are relevant to the Covid-19: Are You OK? campaign and being offered by a variety of organisations, unions and charities.

Charity the Laura Hyde Foundation has created a page on its website to offer guidance and support to health professionals who require it.

The foundation, which aims to improve access to mental health support for clinical staff, has already signed up to support the Covid-19: Are You OK? campaign.

On its site, the charity offers a range of resources to those that need help, including how to get immediate help via the Project 5 support service.

Its Getting Help page also suggests a number of links – 11 in total – to self-help resources, such as breathing exercises, dealing with panic attacks, improving wellbeing and stress management.

On the page, the charity states: “The Laura Hyde Foundation can offer guidance and support to anybody who requires it. We can't always deal with life on our own..... share the load.”
