Stuart Tuckwood, Director of FNF Global and Jeni Caguioa, Head of Global both from Florence Nightingale Foundation, presented on the FNF’s initiatives to support the career development of internationally recruited and ethnic minority nurses and midwifes, such as the Windrush leadership programme and the Mary Seacole programme. They also explain the new leadership programme to support and develop nursing and midwifery in other nations.
